Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account directly from the DNote app.

Delete your account in the app

Log in to the DNote app and go to Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the DNote app on your device or visit the web app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
  4. Tap the Settings option in the account menu.
  5. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  6. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile and all personal information
  • Profile photos and uploaded media
  • DJ mixes, availability calendar, packages, and prompts
  • Your Stream Chat community membership and messages
  • Stripe subscriptions and customer billing records
  • Favorites, blocks, notifications, and device tokens

Preserved records: Past bookings and their messages are kept as financial records for the other party. They will see your name shown as "Inactive User" and your account marked as deleted.

Before deleting: You must cancel any active subscription and resolve any active bookings from your account.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email us with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request within 48 hours.
